Okay, so after the releasing of the article “MAMA AND ILLUMINATI”, I have been watching to the EXO teasers. Sometimes I would just play all the teasers from 1 to 23 or just re-watch the teaser that I want to watch. But then suddenly my eyes captured things that so amazing and actually so interesting from the teasers!

First ever, is about the choreography of MAMA. Actually, SM has already leaked out the choreography by the teasers! Are you confused? Well, I will tell ya the secrets.

1. Teaser #7 : Sehun and Kai “Run & Gun”

Look at the picture above, did you see the shadows behind Sehun and Kai? At first I thought the shadows at the 00:38 was kinda scary by how the shadows kneeling down, but then I realized that is one of the popular MAMA dance gesture!

2. Teaser #23 : Kai “Into Your World”

The dance by Xiumin and Kai at the 00:30 – 00:31 is really similar to the MAMA choreography at 03:31.

3. Teaser #12 : Lay and Kai “Two Moons”

The dance at 00:30 is similar to the MAMA choreography at 03:24. But for the number 2 and 3, Im not really sure, because its two different songs that should have two different choreography too right?

Okay now we move to the meaning behind MAMA and the mysterious meaning behind the eclipse things that had showed up on most of EXO teasers. Actually I have shared this one at iDoKyungSoo, but one of the follower ask me to share this to our wordpress too, so here I am

1. Meaning behind “MAMA”

Yea I know, you must be really bored to this topic. I have told you about this too in the “MAMA and ILLUMINATI” article. But its really important for you to know well this one before you read the Eclipse things. So, MAMA means “Your Majesty”. In Korea, the people calls their King as “Jeoa” (ex: yes, your majesty | ye, jeoa) but for the Queen, the people called them by “Mama” (ex: yes, your majesty | ye, mama). Also the mother of the queen was being called as “Halma-mama” (halma from halmoni, means grandmother). So the meaning behind the title, MAMA itself is “Your Majesty”.

2. Meaning behind the Phoenix and the Dragon.

You have seen the phoenix and the dragon appeared at MAMA MV right?

There are two symbols, dragon and phoenix and each one is representing one of the group.

EXO-M got the dragon, which is Kris’ symbol.

At this time, people who doesn’t know anything about Chinese ancient history will take this as one of the Illuminati symbol (Illuminati: an organization that refusing to believe God, they wanted to build a new world). But believe me or not, long time ago in China, the people symbolized their king as a dragon. They believe that the dragon is a sacred creature. Dragon symbolized prosperity, luck, power and is a majestic creature. And EXO-M got dragon.

Phoenix is a symbol of Korean queens. Phoenix also affected the royal hanboks of the Queen (hanbok: korean traditional dress). Their hanboks usually have phoenix design on it.

Phoenix described as a beautiful creature, with even more beautiful cry. They can change their self into humans, and it was symbolized as the flexibility of the Korean queens. Phoenix also brings lucks, and they have a healing power. EXO-K got them.

So, what’s the relation between dragon, phoenix, and eclipse things on the EXO teasers?

3. Meaning behind the Eclipse

You must have been seen the eclipse things showed up on most of EXO teasers right? Yea, it has appeared starting from the 8th teaser (Sehun “Black Pearl”), 9th teaser (Sehun and Luhan “Into Your World”), 11th teaser (Xiumin and Kai “Let Out The Beast”), 15th teaser (Tao “Metal”), 16th teaser (D.O. and Suho “Reflection I”), 17th teaser (Kris “Into Your World”), 19th teaser (Baekhyun, Lay, and Chen “Beautiful), and the last eclipse appears on the 20th teaser, Chanyeol’s “Eldorado”. And from what I saw, every EXO members got to see the eclipse.

But then still, what is the meaning? Is the eclipse signify EXO? What is that?

Okay. I will share you something important.

So this holiday I have been watching to the drama “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” (played by all my faves actress and actors ;A; /sobs) and fortunately, from the drama I finally got the answer of all the questions!

In that drama which was settled from the Joseon era, the korean people at that time believes that their King is the sun and their Queen is the moon. And you know that the sun and the moon will never be on one same sky right? (fyi thats why the Korean kings and the queens got separated palace) Except for one thing, if the eclipse occurs.

When the eclipse occurs, the sun and the moon will be in the same position, on the one same sky. And it became a really amazing moment where the King and the Queen will finally be in the one palace.

So? Starting to realized the meaning?

Ok. Let me make it clearer for you.

If the EXO-M got the dragon then..
Dragon = King = EXO-M

and for EXO-K is..

Phoenix = Queen = EXO-K

So the eclipse means the unity of the sun and the moon. The king and the queen will become one. And of course, EXO-M and EXO-K also will become one too. And our boys have amazingly clarified it again by their yelling, “We are ONE!”
